Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email us at hellopuzzledstore@gmail.com with your order details, along with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind on sale or clearance items.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch and we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Damages or issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or not quite right. Including photos will help us resolve things quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
